LEADERSHIP AND WOMEN
A reflective sociological path to effective leadership
This is a leadership 1 or 2 day workshop for women who want to develop their effectiveness as leaders within church and or local community development work. It employs a sociological prism to assist participants to unravel the relationships between their gendered identity work , their personal commitments to particular areas of work and leadership/development effectiveness. It is a raw and honest journey into the complex world of womanhood and empowerment.
At the end of this session participants will...
Reinforce, identify and update their life's purpose.
Commit to an intentional existence.
Gain confidence to challenge the barriers that they confront.
Appreciate the novel spiritual resources and benefits that are available.
Identify practical strategies for taking their leadership initiatives forward.
